Established in September 2020, Glow Estates is a registered real estate agency with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers (BOVEAP) and a fast-growing company located at Uptown Damansara Utama, Petaling Jaya. Glow Estates is founded by Tim Wong & Kelvin Lee, with more than 24 years of combined experience in the real estate business.
Our team is made up of dynamic and positive attitude individuals who are passionate about real estate sales. Each negotiator is well equipped with the knowledge, methodology, and technology to achieve the sales targets in both primary and secondary markets.
In Glow Estates, we emphasize negotiators’ personal and career growth. Hence, we provide comprehensive education and training in terms of soft skills, mindset, sales skills, and leadership.
Our team had sold more than RM 500 million worth of property value in the secondary market and rented more than RM 8 million of a total rental since the year 2017.

Founder
TIM WONG ventured into the real estate business at the early age of 23 right after he graduated with his honor degree in Business Information System. Tim also has a greater desire for all beautiful houses he sets his eyes on and it was that burning passion in him that ultimately led him into the real estate profession.
The year of 2010 marks his first achievement of the company sales target and he was one of the youngest top achievers in the company. Tim also consistently motivates and encourages the team with regular brainstorming workshops to generate new marketing and sales ideas and strategies to stay competent in the market.
Amidst the hectic schedule, Tim has also completed his Diploma in Estate Management and registered as a Probationary Estate Agent for 2 years and thereafter as a Registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia.
KELVIN LEE was working as a Software Developer for 2 years before he embarked into the real estate profession. He was in pursuit for a more rewarding career and yet allows him full flexibility and mobility to work in his own directions and strategies. Kelvin has developed strong enthusiasm in sales and marketing where he enjoys the dynamism of it and the opportunity of acquainting with people from all walks of life.
Having started at a young age, he was privileged to have learned the different perspectives in managing and running a business as an entrepreneur and an investor as well.
Amidst the hectic schedule, Kevin has also completed his Diploma in Estate Management and registered as a Probationary Estate Agent for 2 years and thereafter as a Registered Estate Agent with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers and Estate Agents Malaysia.
