How to become a Real Estate Negotiator (REN)?
Any person beyond the age of 18 years is eligible to be certified as a Real Estate Negotiator (REN). However, he must be attached with a registered firm on a FULL TIME BASIS. He must then attend a two days course called Negotiator Certification Course (NCC) by any approved training providers (as listed in BOVAEP website).
Application can then only be made with BOVAEP thru the registered firm by using the prescribed form together with the letter of employment/engagement and NCC certificate. Once it is approved by BOVAEP, a REN tag will be issued and delivered to the registered firm.
What is REN Tag?
REN Tag is an identification tag issued to real estate negotiator (REN). It contains all the information including their name, photo, IC no, REN No, company name, company registration no, quick respond code (QR) and security features. This tag must be worn by the REN at all times during their conduct of business.
How to become a Real Estate Negotiator (REN)?
STEP 1: Register with Glow Estates
Get the online E-Registration Form from your leader and fill up accordingly and pay the joining fee of RM388 to GLOW ESTATES bank account.
STEP 2: Register and attend Negotiator Certification Course (NCC)
Consult your leader on where to register and attend the 2 full days Negotiator Certification Course (NCC) by the approved training organizers and pay the organizer the fee of RM600 directly. Once you completed the course, you will obtain your NCC certificate. Send the softcopy of the NCC certificate to your leaders, and GLOW ESTATES will prepare the necessary documents for you to sign and apply for your REN Tag (Usually will take around 1 week to get the REN Number and around 1 month for the REN Tag to be printed).

STEP 3: Take professional profile photo @ GLOW ESTATES HQ
